Islamabad: An art exhibition was hosted by Beaconhouse Margalla Campus, Girls’ Branch on April 27, 2015. All fifteen branches of Beaconhouse Northern Region’s SGO3 presented their artwork. The theme of the exhibition was ‘Inspire Me.’ Pre-Nursery to A Levels displayed their artwork, which included sketches, paintings, collage, 3D models, hanging mobiles, cultural display as well as a display of art of the Mughal era. The exhibition was also viewed by parents.

Chief Guest, Ms Kausar Jehan, is a prominent artist who is currently running the Gachrang School of Art. She has also made murals for buildings including the Pakistan Monument, SUPARCO, Aiwan-e-Quaid and for the beautification of Mall Road Rawalpindi. Also present on the occasion were Northern Region Executive Director Mr Nassir Kasuri and SGO3 School Group Head Ms Ayesha Shabbir. After inaugurating the exhibition, the Chief Guest visited stalls of the various branches. In her address, Ms Jehan stressed the need for promoting art in schools. She appreciated the efforts of SGO3 and BMI-G for organising the event and giving students a chance to display their creativity.
