Sharjah: Nothing makes a storytelling session more enjoyable than a puppet show. The students at Khaleej Nursery were completely absorbed in their story telling hour, creatively incorporated in a puppet show.

The highlight of the session was the Aesop's Fable, 'The Boy Who Cried Wolf.' The children were very attentive as the characters were presented and the story begun. They laughed and shrieked with anticipation as the story progressed and the storyteller changed his voice to bring in higher levels of suspense.

At the end of the story, the children were asked what the moral lesson was and everyone explained the concept remarkably well.

Stories are written to be enjoyed but the most important aspect is to acknowledge the moral lessons imparted through these tales.
