Combined Morning Assembly News Story

Rawalpindi: On May 15, 2018, three classes KG Rose, KG Tulip and Class VI, conducted a combined morning assembly. First, students of KG Rose chose to present about oral hygiene. The young performers confidently delivered a role play based upon their reader Daant ka dard. Students then came forward to impart their knowledge about the importance of tooth care and oral hygiene and also emphasised upon preventive measures to avoid tooth decay and the importance of healthy food for oral hygiene. Finally, KG Rose conducted an interactive session with the audience asking questions about the topics covered during the session. Later on, KG Tulip and Class VI took over and beautifully delivered their part of the assembly on the topic ‘of the holy month of Ramadan. The students of KGs fluently recited Dua for all three ashras of Ramadan and shared their thoughts about the importance of fasting. After a brief introduction about Ramadan by Class VI, a role play was conducted followed by a short quiz. The assembly concluded with a beautiful song, ‘Heart of a Muslim’.
