English Elocution Contest 2019 News Story

Karachi: Elocution contest helps students to speak clearly, loudly and with expression. In order to boost the students’ confidence and to make them fluent in English, an English Elocution Contest was organised for Classes KG-IV on November 18, 2019 at Beaconhouse Steel Town Campus Karachi (BSTC-K). At the event, students read poems which they had written, with confidence, fluency and intonation.
Ms. Vida Butt and Ms. Tanveer Shaikh were the judges for the Contest. Parents were also present to support the young participants. This event provided the students with an opportunity to read in front of a live audience.Headmistress Mrs. Ghazala Zubair announced the names of the winners.
Winners of the Contest:
Safa from class KG-B secured 1st position.
Ayeha from KG-B got 2nd position.
Sehar Almira from KG-A secured 3rd position.
Tooba from class I-C got 1st position.
Abeer from class I-C secured 2nd position.
Saad from class I-B got 3rd position.
Zayan Ahmed from class II-B secured 1st position.
Owais Ahmed Chandio from class II-B got 2nd position.
Noor Ahmed and Abdul Rafay Mahar from class II-C got 3rd position.
Manahil from class III-B got 1st position.
Ali Abbas from class II-B secured 2nd position.
Rija Habib and Maryam Zehra from class III-A secured 3rd position.
Shasa from class IV-A secured 1st position.
Amna Rizwan from class IV-A got 2nd position.
Umema from class IV-C secured 3rd position.
