Celebrating Pakistan Day at BSTRP News Story

Rawalpindi: Pakistan Day was celebrated with great zeal and zest by students of BSTRP on 19th March 2021. This day commemorates the passing of the Lahore Resolution. Students at each level participated in all the activities enthusiastically. On this occasion, students of classes I and II threw light on the importance of Pakistani culture and the diversity within.

Students of Class III continued to make BSU celebrations a great success. They greeted each other happy Pakistan Day, delivered speeches, sang songs, and watched videos to pay tribute to the determination and dedication of Mohammad Ali Jinnah, and the millions of Muslims who struggled to create the nation we call home. A special segment was conducted by students of class IV named ‘Pakistan ki Kahaani, Daadi ki Zubaani’ where they interviewed Mrs. Azra Sarfaraz, grandmother of Rahma Sheikh who witnessed the event of the century. Additionally, students paid homage to the independence movement leaders including the founder of the nation Quad-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Mohterma Fatima Jinnah, and thousands of others who worked tirelessly for the cause of freedom, turning a dream into a reality. Class V celebrated Pakistan Day emphasizing the need for national unity and strength with great passion to recall the accomplishments and untiring efforts of the leaders of the Pakistan Movement.
