Selangor: In order to expose children to hands-on experiences while learning the sound of the letter 'k', the class teacher handmade a big kite for the children from Bubbles to do collage work on it with crepe paper and glass paper. The children tore up and pasted bits of crepe paper on the kite independently.

While pasting, the teacher encourage them to pronounce the letter sound of 'k' and sing the song with actions. Finally, the children completed a beautiful fish kite and hopefully they would be able to fly it on a windy day! At the same time, children were also given an opportunity to develop their motor skills through tearing the papers and hand-eye-coordination skills by pasting it on the correct part of the kite.
