Karachi: Classes III, IV and V students participated in athletics on November 22, 2016. They practiced running and jumping using hula-hoops and hurdles. Discus throw and shot put improved their throwing techniques. These skills and techniques will not only help them develop coordination and body control but will also prepare them for the upcoming Sports Gala.

Lahore: LGS Sports Grammafest 2016, was organised by LGS Johar Town Senior Girlsí Campus on November 10 to 12, 2016. Eight teams participated in the tournament. Of these eight, seven were from various A Level schools and AITC was the only team from an O Level Campus.
Despite being the junior most, the talented AITC team, under the expert guidance of their coach Mr Muhammad Naeem, was able to overcome all challenges and won the championship. Chief guest Mr Ghumman congratulated the team and awarded them medals and a trophy.

Faisalabad: Beaconhouse Faisalabad Canal Campus Boysí students participated in the Inter-House Athletics and Cricket Tournament. The games were held from November 21 to 25, 2016. Boys from Classes III, IV and V played cricket matches while girls took part in races and tug-of-war. The house masters and their students showed untiring interest and made utmost efforts to emulate.

Lahore: Beaconhouse Allama Iqbal Town Campus, Middle School, held the Inter House Football Championship 2016-17, on November 25, 2016. The championship comprised of a total of eight matches, with boys and girls teams playing four each. The energised teams played a great game and displayed commendable sportsmanship. After a tough competition of Class VI in the finals, Iqbal House won the championship for both girls and boys.
Class VII girls and boys both had a nail-biting final match. Kasuri House (girls) and Jinnah House (boys) emerged triumphant and received great applause for their wonderful football skills from the students, teachers and parents who were specially invited on this thrilling sports event.
The winning and runners-up teams were awarded silver and gold medals by the chief guest Mr Muhammad Ahmad who is an international football player and the captain of Pakistanís football team. He appreciated the efforts of the games teachers Mr Farhan Masood and Ms Irum Rathore. He also praised the performance of young Middle School footballers and wished them luck in their future sports ventures.

Islamabad: An Intra Region Athletics Tournament was held in the Sports Complex and Beaconhouse F11/3 Girlsí Branch gained third position in the tournament. Students were awarded medals in the morning assembly on November 23, 2016.
Tashfeen Kainat from Class X won a bronze medal in under-17 and silver medal in the under-17 100m relay race while Saba Khan from Class VIII won a silver medal in the under-17 relay race and a silver medal in under-14 200m. Asma Majid from Class IX also won a silver medal in the relay race and a gold medal in the high jump while Nazeeha from Class VI won a gold medal in the under-12 long jump.
Nabeeha Amir from Class VII also won a gold medal in the under-14 javellin and Amna Malik from Class IX won a silver in the 400m relay race. Last but not least, Fatima Abbas from Class VIII won a silver medal in the under-14 high jump and Jahanara from Class VI won a silver medal in the under-12 shot-put.
