“The reward of the young scientist is the emotional thrill of being the first person in the history of the world to see something or to understand something. Nothing can compare with that experience.” – Cecilia Payne-Gaposchkin

Lahore: Model Town Campus invited students from different campuses to participate in the ‘Little Einstein’ Video Making Competition. The requirements were to create innovative videos exploring science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) for students of grade 3-5 and submit online. Only one submission per level was allowed from each campus; Mazin bin Faisal from grade 3 and Syed Mustafa Hasan from grade 5 submitted video from Walton Campus on Materials and Changing States of Matter respectively.

It was a pleasure for us to close the term with this ecstatic victory by both our participants securing 2nd and 3rd positions in their respective categories.

Syed Mustafa Hasan from V Blue made an interesting video on Changing States of Matter explaining the process of Water Cycle. The Little Scientist created a wonderful set up to explain the whole process and very nicely explained how the water changes its states while passing through the different steps going through a continuous cycle. Wonderfully done Mustafa!

Mazin bin Faisal from III Green brought out his scientific self by creating a video on Reversible and Irreversible Changes. He used tissue paper, peanut butter, heat and ice to show how some things can be reversed back to their original shape while others cannot. A very confident way to conduct the experiment and very nicely explained. Well done Mazin!

We are so proud of you our Little Einsteins!

Keep exploring and keep innovating as you have a bright future ahead.
